Job DescriptionJob Description: Property Soar is seeking a highly organized and motivated Events Assistant to support the planning and execution of our corporate and promotional events. This role plays a key part in ensuring our events run smoothly, align with our brand standards, and create memorable experiences for clients, partners, and team members. Responsibilities: Assist in the coordination, setup, and execution of events, including corporate meetings, community outreach activities, and promotional campaigns Maintain communication with vendors, venues, and internal departments Prepare event materials and manage logistics such as catering, transportation, and equipment Ensure event timelines and budgets are followed Provide on-site support during events, including setup, guest assistance, and teardown Track attendance, gather feedback, and compile post-event reports Maintain inventory of event supplies and promotional items QualificationsQualifications: Associate or Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred 1+ years of experience in event coordination or administrative support Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Detail-oriented with the ability to meet tight deadlines Proficient in Microsoft Office and event planning tools Availability to work occasional evenings and weekends, as needed Additional InformationBenefits: Competitive annual salary ($52,000 - $57,000) Professional development and growth opportunities Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off and holidays Supportive team environment Opportunities to contribute to high-impact community events
