Job Summary: Seeking a compassionate and motivated Pediatric Behavioral Therapist with RBT certification to join our team. Focus on providing high-quality, comprehensive treatment to children ages 2-5 with autism and related disorders. Enjoy the benefits of working on-site, with no travel required, alongside a supportive multidisciplinary team. Key Responsibilities: Implement customized treatment plans designed by BCBA. Monitor the child's progress through data collection. Communicate effectively with families and team members. Maintain meticulous documentation of therapy sessions in compliance with legal and regulatory standards. Attend team meetings and training sessions for skill improvement. Collaborate with other team members for holistic care. Maintain RBT certification and adhere to ethical standards. Achieve specified productivity and billable hours targets of 36.25 - 37.50 hours per week. Communicate with parents regarding progress under the supervision of BCBA Track progress on goals and participate in planning meetings. Reporting Structure: The Behavioral Technician will report directly to the BCBA, ensuring a cohesive team approach to care with our multidisciplinary therapy and educational teams. Knowledge of ABA and child psychology preferred. Excellent communication skills and ability to work as part of a team. Physical ability to engage in floor play and lift up to 50 pounds.
