Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join a well-established anesthesia team in a community hospital setting located in the Midwest region of the United States. This role offers the opportunity to provide personalized anesthesia care across a variety of patient types, from pediatrics to geriatrics, in a supportive and collaborative environment. Department Overview: The anesthesia practice is part of a growing hospital network serving central Indiana's regional communities. The team includes experienced CRNAs and anesthesiologists working together in a model that values autonomy and teamwork. The caseload primarily involves routine procedures such as joint programs, robotics, endoscopy, pulmonary, and cath lab cases. Position Highlights: Full-time and part-time options available with flexible shift lengths (8, 10, and 12 hours) No weekend, holiday, or on-call requirements, promoting excellent work-life balance Competitive salary with sign-on bonus opportunities Comprehensive benefits package and continuing medical education (CME) support Use of Epic EMR system and established anesthesia group support Responsibilities: Administer general, regional, and monitored anesthesia care under anesthesiologist supervision Conduct pre-anesthesia assessments and develop anesthesia care plans Request and interpret laboratory and diagnostic studies Perform anesthesia procedures including general anesthesia, epidurals, caudals, nerve blocks, and sedation techniques Manage cardiopulmonary resuscitation and invasive/noninvasive monitoring Provide post-anesthesia care and discharge instructions Education and Experience: Graduate of a nurse anesthesia program accredited by the Council on Accreditation of Nurse Anesthesia Educational Programs Eligible for medical malpractice insurance as required by the state Licensure and Certifications: Current registered nurse licensure in the applicable state Compliance with all relevant state statutory and regulatory requirements This role offers a supportive team environment with a focus on quality patient care and professional growth.
