Senior Maintenance Technician

Job Title: High Level Maintenance Technician Job Description The High Level Electrical Mechanical Maintenance Technician is responsible for demonstrating expert-level skills in communication, repair, and conducting preventative maintenance on production line equipment. This includes, but is not limited to, automated case packers, palletizers, labelers, hot fill, and blow mold. This role requires adherence to manufacturer manuals, diagrams, and sketches. Responsibilities Maintain equipment, parts, and supplies inventories by checking stock to determine inventory level, anticipating needed equipment, parts, and supplies, placing and expediting orders, and verifying receipt. Update E-Maint or similar records, review, provide analysis and make recommendations for improvement. Complete and conduct on-the-job training and technical self-study programs for career development. Essential Skills Experience in manufacturing. Expertise in maintenance technician roles, troubleshooting, mechanical, preventive maintenance, electrical maintenance, hydraulics, pneumatics, repair, and PLC troubleshooting. Strong communication skills. Additional Skills & Qualifications Interest in continuous learning and development. Willingness to take feedback and work on weaknesses to turn them into strengths, particularly in improving electrical skills. Why Work Here? Work Environment The work environment offers 2nd and 3rd shifts. The 2nd shift operates from 2pm to 10:30pm, and the 3rd shift from 10pm to 6am, typically lasting anywhere from 9-11 hours for 5-6 days a week depending on demand. Candidates will be provided a uniform and are required to wear steel toe boots. Tools will be provided. Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Las Vegas, NV. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $100000.00 - $110000.00/yr.
