Position Overview - Day Camp Program Director The Day Camp Program Director is responsible for managing the staff, curriculum, materials, and daily operations of the Day Camp Programs for campers ages 3.5 to 6 years old. This includes maintaining inventory, coordinating staff scheduling with the site leader, and making all plans and preparations for upcoming curriculum. The Day Camp Coordinator spends the majority of their time pushing into Day Camp groups to help with direct camper instruction and support of day camp counselors. Anticipated Work Hours Per Week: 40 - 45 hours per week QualificationsExperience & Education: 4 year degree in related field 1+ years working as a teacher/educator 1+ years of management or supervisory experience Summer Camp experience (preferable, but not required) Extremely outgoing and professional personality
