East Towne Veterinary Clinic in Mequon, WI is seeking a full-time or part-time Associate Veterinarian to join our growing, tight-knit 3-doctor team! What Sets Us Apart: A welcoming, team-oriented environment focused on collaboration and continuous learning A commitment to exceptional companion animal care, with limited services also available for exotic pets Our Modern Facility Features: Digital radiography and digital dental X-rays In-house diagnostics: CBC, chemistry, electrolytes Automated urinalysis Companion Therapy Laser - for pain management, wound healing, and post-op recovery Why Our Doctors Love Working Here: Flexible scheduling, including a 4-day workweek and only one Saturday per month 30-minute appointments with a dedicated 2-hour lunch and admin break each day Opportunity to work with exotics (avian and/or pocket pets) -optional for doctors with exotics experience No emergency or on-call - all emergencies referred to local ER and specialty centers (on-call only applies to the Saturday you work, and only for boarding cats and dogs) What We Are Looking For: A team-oriented experienced DVM or a motivated new graduate ready to join a well-established, supportive practice Strong interest or experience in surgery and dentistry is highly preferred Strong Mentorship with 3 Experienced Doctors: Personalized mentorship plan supported by onboarding and check-in tools Access to resources to support a strong start and ongoing development Monthly virtual topic rounds and Empower Hour discussions for clinical, communication, and growth Wellness series focused on early-career support and work-life balance Participation in VetLife: case-of-the-month contests, CE opportunities, peer support, and clinic exchange days At East Towne Veterinary Clinic, we believe in creating a positive, nurturing environment where every team member can thrive.
