TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS (MUST-HAVE) We are looking for a versatile technician with a high standard for craftsmanship: Drywall Specialist: Intermediate skills required-you must be able to float, texture, and match finishes perfectly. Plumbing Proficiency: Capable of troubleshooting systems, replacing toilets, and installing faucets or supply lines. Electrical Fundamentals: A strong understanding of residential systems, including fixtures, switches, and outlets. General Trades: Skilled in carpentry, flooring repairs, millwork, tilework, basic masonry, and alarm systems. Independent Project Management: The ability to take a defined scope of work and drive it to completion without constant supervision. THE IDEAL CANDIDATE Experience: 2 years of solid residential maintenance history. The Essentials: Must have your own tools, a reliable vehicle, and a valid driver's license. Tech-Friendly: Comfortable using mobile apps to navigate your workday. The "GSD" Factor: You don't make excuses; you find solutions. COMPENSATION & BENEFITS Hourly Rate: $25.00 per hour. Performance Pay: 7% Performance-Based Compensation increment. Gas Stipend: Up to $150/week to keep you moving.
