ServiceNow CMDB Architect

We are seeking a ServiceNow CMDB Architect to design, implement, and govern a scalable and accurate CMDB aligned with ServiceNow best practices and CSDM. The role will ensure high-quality configuration data to support ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, and enterprise service visibility across on prem, cloud, and hybrid environments. Key Responsibilities • Define and own CMDB architecture, data model, and CSDM alignment • Design and govern CI classes, relationships, and lifecycle management • rchitect Discovery and Service Mapping (horizontal and top down) • Establish CMDB governance, data ownership, and quality controls • Monitor and improve CMDB Health (completeness, correctness, compliance) • Design integrations with cloud platforms, monitoring tools, and asset systems • ct as CMDB design authority and SME for stakeholders and delivery teams • Support audits, regulatory, and security requirements (where applicable) Required Skills & Experience Must Have • Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow CMDB • Deep understanding of CSDM framework • Experience with Discovery, Service Mapping, and CMDB Health Dashboard • Knowledge of infrastructure, applications, and cloud services (Azure/AWS/GCP) • Experience designing CMDB for large, complex enterprise environments Good to Have • ITOM, ITAM, APM, or Event Management experience • ServiceNow integrations (REST, IntegrationHub) • Scripting (JavaScript, Glide APIs) • BFSI or other regulated industry experience • ServiceNow CMDB CIS, ITOM Discovery / Service Mapping • ITIL v4 Foundation or higher • ServiceNow CTA (desirable)
