Job Title: Inside Sales/Project Specialist Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced and motivated Inside Sales/Project Specialist to join our team. This role involves working with a leading supplier of industrial valves and related products across various industries. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining customer relationships, providing technical support, and managing projects from start to finish.Responsibilities Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers. Provide technical support and product information to customers. Prepare and follow up on quotes, orders, invoices, and shipments. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and customer interactions. Manage projects from start to finish, including scheduling, budgeting, coordinating, and communicating with customers and shop employees. Troubleshoot and resolve issues and problems that may arise during the project lifecycle. Ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty. Essential Skills At least 3 years of experience in inside sales or project management in the industrial repair and sales industry. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strong technical knowledge of valves and related products. Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience with Sage is a plus. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Attention to detail and accuracy. A positive and professional attitude. Candidates should be comfortable with these conditions. The office is located in the front area of the shop, which currently houses 10-12 people. The shift is Monday to Friday with a start time between 6:00am-8:00am, ending at 2:30pm, and candidates must be open to overtime.
