Role Responsibilities Provide thorough, continuous care for patients of all ages, from infants to seniors. Manage chronic illnesses, preventive measures, acute health issues, and mental wellness with a patient-centric philosophy. Conduct thorough physical assessments, interpret diagnostic tests, and craft individualized treatment strategies. Engage with care coordinators, mental health specialists, and other providers to ensure comprehensive patient care. Take part in initiatives aimed at improving quality standards and elevating patient outcomes. Utilize electronic medical records (EMR) to ensure precise and timely patient documentation. Deliver care in both in-person and virtual formats to provide flexibility for patient preferences. Education Requirements MD or DO from an accredited medical institution. Completion of an accredited Family Medicine residency program. Certifications Board Certification in Family Medicine. Eligibility for (or possession of) an active New Jersey medical license. BLS and ACLS certifications preferred. Skills and Experience Exceptional diagnostic competencies with a focus on preventive healthcare.
