We're seeking an experienced Insurance Training Manager to serve as an agency-wide training leader, making a significant and meaningful impact-shaping how colleagues learn, grow, and succeed from day one. You will play a critical part in strengthening consistency, quality, and confidence across the organization, directly influencing client outcomes and supporting our continued growth and excellence. You'll design and deliver impactful training and development initiates focused on standardized workflows, and industry best practices, across all of our lines of business: commercial, personal and private client, and employee benefits, while partnering closely with operations and leadership to drive consistency, quality, effectiveness and growth. Requirements What You'll Do Lead new hire training for new colleagues, and ongoing training for the agency Design and deliver training on insurance processes, workflows, and compliance Facilitate training in multiple formats (in-person, virtual, LMS, self-guided) Serve as an Applied Epic subject matter expert for training new hires and colleagues and ensuring consistency and effectiveness for how G&A utilizes Applied Epic Audit work product to validate training effectiveness and ensure consistency Partner with cross-functional leadership to identify training needs and drive improvement Attributes for Success in This Role The ideal candidate brings not only technical and industry expertise, but also the mindset and behaviors required to be an effective, trusted trainer and agency partner. What You'll Need to Have: 5+ years of commercial insurance experience (agency, brokerage, or carrier) Strong Applied Epic experience Experience delivering engaging, effective training and coaching In-depth knowledge of insurance operations, including industry best practices, regulatory and compliance requirements, and end-to-end insurance workflows.
