Primary Job Title: Property Management Manager Alternate/Related Job Titles: Property Manager Commercial Property Manager Real Estate Property Manager Facilities Manager Retail Property Manager Location: Roseville, CA, United States Onsite Flexibility: Onsite - 5 days per week (M-F, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM) Contract Details (Contract roles only): Position Type: Contract (Leave Coverage) Contract Duration: 15 Weeks Start: As Soon As Possible Pay Rate: $43 - $48/Hr Job Summary: As a Property Management Manager, you will be responsible for supervising the team responsible for all operational and financial activities of a single property or a small portfolio of retail properties. This role requires strong financial oversight, tenant and vendor coordination, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment. Key Responsibilities: Supervise the team responsible for all operational and financial activities of assigned retail property/properties. Manage tenant and vendor relationships, including coordination and issue resolution. Oversee accounts payable functions and approve bills. Conduct site visits and property inspections. Support budgeting activities and financial reporting. Handle day-to-day property management activities. Collaborate effectively within a team while demonstrating independent thinking. Required Experience: 3-5 years of experience in property management. Experience working with retail properties preferred. Experience with accounting software and budgeting. Valid California Real Estate License required. Nice-to-Have Experience: Yardi or MRI experience. Commercial property management experience. Strong background in accounting software and budgeting tools.
