Java Full stack Engineer

Must Have Technical/Functional Skills Lead the end-to-end design, architecture, and development of backend services using Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices. Architect and build rich, responsive Ul interfaces using React.js, JavaScript/TypeScript, and component-driven design. • Make high-level architectural decisions in areas such as API design, service orchestration, performance tuning, and security. • Mentor junior and mid-level engineers; conduct design reviews and code reviews. Full Stack Development • Develop secure, scalable RESTful APis and service-to-service communication patterns. • Build reusable front-end components and integrate them with backend systems. • Drive best practices for microservices, including fault tolerance, circuit breakers, configuration management, and distributed tracing. Systems Integration & Delivery • Work closely with product owners, architects, and QA teams to deliver high-quality software. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions. • Optimize system performance across front-end and back-end layers. • Ensure code quality through automated testing, CI/CD pipelines, and modern DevOps practices. Operational Excellence • Troubleshoot complex production issues, evaluate root causes, and implement long-term fixes. • Enforce secure coding practices, API governance, and cloud deployment standards. Contribute to documentation including architecture diagrams, technical designs, and operational runbooks. Required Skills & Experience Core Technical Expertise • 8-12+ years of hands-on software development experience, • Strong proficiency in Java17, Spring Boot, Spring Data, Spring Security and Microservices architecture. • Solid experience with React js, JavaScript/TypeScript, Redux, Hooks, and modern l patterns. • Expertise with REST APIS, JSON, JWT/OAuth2, and API security, Salary Range $90,000 -$110,000years TCS Employee Benefits Summary: Discretionary Annual Incentive.
