Responsibilities: Assist with the development and implementation of new procedures to enhance workflow and process improvements. SOP Maintenance. Enforcement of internal controls and SOX requirements to protect against fraudulent activities and report identified discrepancies to management. Excellent time-management skills and work under minimal supervision in fast-paced environment. Ability to effectively and efficiently research and resolve issues. Timely and accurate response to help desk inquiries. Assist with resolving aged items. Liaise with our internal / external business partners performing routine audits. Maintain confidentiality related to investigative audits. At the discretion of the Accounts Payable Shared Services Manager, additional tasks and projects may be assigned Required Skills: Associate's degree or equivalent professional experience 3+ years of professional accounting and auditing experience Highlight organized with strong attention to detail. Sound work ethic and high degree of integrity. Demonstrated experience in a fast-paced environment with competing, multiple priorities. Excellent communication, customer service, organizational and planning skills. Timely completion of assigned training requirements per role and responsibilities. Able to work both in a team and independently. Excellent Self-Management skills: self-motivated, calm under pressure, positive outlook, honest and exhibits self-control. Relationship management skills - motivates others, active team building, and collaborates with others. Excellent understanding of Travel & Entertainment (T&E) policies, instructions, guidance documents, and internal controls. Intermediate Excel level (i.e., VLOOKUP, pivot tables, basic formulas, etc.) Preferred Skills: Proficient in Concur a plus.
