8+ years of hands-on test automation experience Strong experience designing and maintaining Playwright-based UI automation frameworks Role Overview We are seeking a seasoned Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET) to build and maintain scalable automation solutions for modern web applications and APIs. This role requires strong hands-on experience with Playwright-based UI automation, API testing, and CI/CD integration within an Agile environment. Key Skills & Technologies Languages & Frameworks Java (primary) JavaScript / TypeScript (preferred) Playwright (primary UI automation) TestNG, JUnit Cucumber (BDD) Testing UI automation for modern web applications API testing (REST / SOAP / Microservices) Mobile web testing Security and ADA testing (nice-to-have) Tools & Platforms Git, Jira Jenkins or similar CI/CD tools Advanced SQL for large-scale data validation Test management tools (e.g., TestRail) Required Qualifications Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science or related field 8+ years of hands-on test automation experience Strong experience designing and maintaining Playwright-based UI automation frameworks Solid Java-based automation background (Playwright required) Proven API test automation experience Experience integrating automation into CI/CD pipelines Advanced SQL skills for data validation Strong debugging and problem-solving skills Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams
