Job Responsibilities: Core: PowerShell, ARM template, Scripting language, ADO Basic: Microsoft 365, Microsoft Defender XDR, Entra ID, Azure, PowerBI • Provide analysis and reporting of the automated environment that is built for customers to run Proof of Concepts • Ensures these systems are compatible and in compliance with the standards as they apply to the implementation and specific to the solution for the platform, integration with other systems, and the external interfaces • Provide troubleshooting of automated environments. Evaluates analytically and systematically problems of work flows, organization and planning and develops appropriate corrective action • Provides daily supervision and direction to staff • Excellent customer service and communication skills • Workshop and presentation skills
