Job Title: Director Neonatal Practitioners Job ID: 82557 Location: Columbus, Ohio Overview: Our client is seeking a Director to lead Neonatal Advanced Practice teams, providing strategic direction, operational oversight, and professional development for APRNs and Physician Assistants. This leadership role is responsible for advancing evidence-based practice, ensuring high-quality family-centered care, and fostering a culture of shared governance and collaboration. What you will be doing: Oversee and mentor APRNs and PAs, including recruitment, onboarding, credentialing, evaluation, and ongoing professional growth. Collaborate with medical directors and division chiefs on strategy, quality initiatives, and operational goals. Lead quality improvement, research, and clinical initiatives to support national standards and Magnet recognition. Develop and manage operational and capital budgets. Represent advanced practice leadership within patient care services and at organizational leadership committees. What you must have: Masters in nursing required; Doctorate (DNP/PhD) preferred. Active RN and APRN licensure in Ohio. 5-7 years of progressive healthcare leadership, with advanced practice nursing and pediatric experience strongly preferred.
