Position Title: Customer Service Liaison Company: Colorado Pond Pros Pay Range: $24 - $26+ per hour (Based on experience) + Quarterly Performance Bonus Employment Type: Full-Time Schedule: Monday-Friday Location: Longmont, CO 80501 Industry: Landscaping / Hardscaping (Residential & Commercial Outdoor Construction) Job Overview Colorado Pond Pros is seeking a professional, organized, and customer-focused Customer Service Liaison to serve as the central communication hub between our clients and field teams. This full-time, on-site position plays a critical role in delivering a 5-star customer experience from first inquiry to project completion. You will manage incoming calls and emails, support scheduling and job coordination, track estimates and follow-ups, and ensure every client interaction reflects the professionalism of our brand. Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms Support scheduling and calendar coordination for field teams Track inbound leads and assist in moving inquiries through the sales process Coordinate follow-ups on quotes and pending approvals Accurately document client communications in CRM systems (Jobber or similar) Maintain organized digital records and ensure data accuracy Communicate clearly between customers, field crews, and leadership Proactively resolve concerns with professionalism and empathy Support administrative tasks that improve operational efficiency Uphold company standards of customer care and brand professionalism QualificationsMinimum 3 years of experience in customer service, office administration, scheduling, or coordination roles High School Diploma or GED required Strong written and verbal communication skills Highly organized with strong attention to detail Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar, Gmail) Comfortable learning and utilizing CRM platforms (Jobber experience preferred) Scheduling or dispatch experience preferred Professional demeanor with a calm, solution-oriented approach Reliable attendance and strong follow-through Benefits$24 - $26 + per hour, based on experience Quarterly performance bonus tied to conversion and service metrics Paid Time Off Referral bonus program Supportive, team-oriented company culture Growth opportunity within a stable, expanding organization ScheduleFull-Time Monday-Friday 8-hour shifts Occasional overtime or weekend support during peak seasons Location On-site in Longmont, CO 80501 Reliable commute required.
