HEAD PICKLEBALL PROFESSIONAL TPC PRESTANCIA SPORTS CLUB SARASOTA, FLORIDA TPC Prestancia Sports Club is seeking an energetic and experienced Head Pickleball Professional to lead and grow our pickleball program. This position is responsible for developing engaging programming, providing high-quality instruction, and delivering an exceptional member experience within our racquet sports community. The Sports Club will feature: 16 lighted tennis courts 6 lighted pickleball courts 4 lighted padel courts A 31,000-square-foot Wellness Center Key Responsibilities Develop and oversee pickleball programming including clinics, leagues, round robins, mixers, and tournaments. Provide private, semi-private, and group instruction for players of all skill levels. Organize and manage in-house leagues, social play, and special events. Foster a welcoming and inclusive pickleball culture that encourages member participation and skill development. Assist with court scheduling, programming promotion, and daily pickleball operations. Ensure courts, equipment, and play formats operate smoothly and safely. Collaborate with racquet sports leadership to grow participation and enhance member engagement. Qualifications Prior experience teaching or managing pickleball programs in a club, resort, or recreational setting. Pickleball certification (PPR, RSPA, or equivalent) preferred. Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills. Ability to teach players of all ages and skill levels while creating a fun and social environment. Availability to work evenings, weekends, and special events as needed.
