Job Description Oversee and manage all preconstruction processes, including budgeting, scheduling, and estimating. Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure project alignment with company goals. Develop and maintain relationships with clients, contractors, and vendors. Analyze project risks and implement strategies to mitigate potential issues. Coordinate and review bid proposals to ensure alignment with project specifications. Lead project team meetings to communicate progress and address challenges. Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations throughout the preconstruction phase. Provide leadership and mentoring to junior team members within the preconstruction department. The Successful Applicant A successful Director of Preconstruction should have: 3-5+ years of experience as a PM Industrial TI experience required Experience with Amazon is highly preferred Strong knowledge of the construction industry, including preconstruction processes and best practices. Excellent leadership and team management skills. Proven ability to manage budgets and schedules effectively. Ability to retain and apply new knowledge and process high volume of information. Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities. Proficiency in construction management software and tools. Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making expertise.
