The responsibilities of this position also include monitoring Resource Management Environmental Management System (EMS) performance, assuring regulatory compliance, continuous improvement in the protection of the environment and reduction of pollution from the activities within the organization and performance of EMS audits. What You'll Do Follows safety guidelines Communicates company policies to workers and enforces safety regulations Performs Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) inspections Has ability to touch type Ability to use PC - word processing, spreadsheets, databases, communications, Internet Must be qualified to perform all duties and responsibilities of Resource Management Team Member Studies production schedules and estimates worker hour requirements for completions of job assignment Establishes or adjusts work assignments to coordinate flow of material Recommends measures to improve methods and equipment performance Suggests changes in working conditions and use of equipment to increase efficiency of department or work crew Analyzes and resolves work problems or assists workers in solving work problems Reviews monthly reports for accuracy and deliveries, as appropriate Responsible for enforcement of disciplinary action. Assists Team Members and Team Leaders with job duties as required Other duties as assigned What You Need: EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE High School Diploma and associate's degree (A.A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school, or six months to one year related experience and/or training preferably in facilities section; or equivalent combination of education and experience. CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATION Training as defined in 40402AAA, Training Requirements Matrix. GMI, Inc., unique training may be obtained during first three months of employment. Additional training will be provided as a part of Continuous Improvement. Shift: 2nd Shift - Hours (6:30pm - 3:15am) Our company is proud to be an equal opportunity employer!
