Description: Candidates will be expected to float to General OR if needed. Call is required, with a commitment of 48-60 hours every four-week period. Weekend call is mandatory. Staff can choose to sign up for calls on their day off or on the day they work. Rarely do we keep anyone on call for the entire 12-hour shift. If a staff member calls out and we need to keep someone on call, we will discuss options with them. Opportunities will be offered for early leave to ensure adequate rest. Two on-call rooms are available for staff to utilize while on call.
