Specialty: Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT) Setting: Adult Group Home Start Date: ASAP Hours Per Week: up to 37.5, no GTD Required License/Credentials: RBT Certification Pay Package: $25-28 per hour, based on experience. Requirements: 2 years' experience in behavioral health services (e.g., TSS/BHT). Completed 40-hour RBT training. Coursework in mental health or related field. Description: Provide 1:1 direct service using evidence-based treatments (such as Applied Behavior Analysis - ABA) in family homes, schools, and community settings.
