Whether you're just starting out or bringing a few years of experience, you'll be part of a team that values learning, curiosity, and collaboration.Join us and help create smarter, safer, and more efficient solutions for tomorrow's challenges.What You'll Be Doing Collaborating with a design team to develop new products and improve existing ones Supporting product development through design input, analysis, and testing Creating and executing test plans using a range of power supplies (low voltage DC, high voltage AC/DC, and 120-690Vac mains) Documenting project work including sketches, specifications, and design journals Participating in prototype construction and testing activities Learning new tools and techniques through onboarding, training, and hands-on experience Contributing to project planning and tracking to meet performance, quality, and cost goals Working closely with Safety, Environmental, Quality, and Manufacturing teams to ensure compliance with all standards What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering 0-3 years of experience in power electronics, variable frequency drives, or related areas Hands-on lab experience with oscilloscopes, meters, power supplies, and test setups Strong safety awareness and commitment to a safety-first culture Familiarity with engineering tools like MatLab, Pspice , and simulation platforms Comfortable working with PC-based equipment and peripherals Eager to learn, collaborate, and contribute to a team environment What You'll Get from Us We promote from within and support your learning with mentoring, training, and access to global opportunities. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
