With a team of over 1,500 nationwide associates, TMG is seeking an individual who can uniquely contribute to our 30+ years of success in the industry.HOURS: Monday, 1:30-6:30, Tuesday through Friday - 10:00-6:30NOTE: 37 Hour WorkweekPosition OverviewThe role is responsible for overseeing daily mailroom operations with a strong focus on accuracy, efficiency, and service quality. This position includes training team members, managing workflows, ensuring compliance with quality standards, and maintaining accurate reporting. Some travel will be required to support additional locations or operational needs.Key Responsibilities:• Train, mentor, and support team members to ensure consistent performance and adherence to operational standards.• Oversee day to day mailroom activities, including sorting, scanning, and metering mail with a high level of accuracy.• Maintain and monitor quality control measures to ensure compliance and service excellence.• Prepare and maintain operational reports, productivity metrics, and audit documentation.• Ensure equipment is used properly, including mail meters and scanning devices.• Identify process improvements and support implementation of controls.• Travel to other locations as needed to provide operational support, training, or oversight and mail sweeps.• Provide timely and consistent feedback to department staff.• Planning & Organization: Allocate resources on critical needs; define plans and actions consistent with business needs; organize initiatives to achieve results and critical timelineQualifications:• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in scanning and data entry.• Experience in team leadership or supervisory responsibilities.• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workflow in a time critical environment.• Strong written and verbal communication and reporting skills.• Experience with mail metering equipment and mailroom operations is preferred.• Ability to travel as required.• Ability to stand and/or walk for extended period.• Ability to push, pull, lift, carry at least 50 pounds.• Intermediate Microsoft skills required.
