Job Description Enfinity Global is seeking a talented Site Operations Manager to lead a large-scale photovoltaic (PV) power project in Alabama. In this crucial role, you will oversee the safe, efficient, and compliant execution of all construction, commissioning, and early operations activities. The position will be based on-site and will serve as the main liaison among contractors, engineering teams, local authorities, landowners, and corporate leadership. Your leadership will ensure the project is delivered on time, within budget, and meets the highest quality and performance standards. Key Responsibilities: Manage EPC contracts and on-site operations, with a focus on reviewing project submittals for quality assurance, technical accuracy, and scheduling. Ensure project completion within specified timelines and budget during construction. Supervise project progress, ensuring adherence to Enfinity Global's specifications, and collaborate with quantity surveyors to track costs effectively. Prioritize construction and site safety, while preparing essential site reports, and safety/quality control documentation. Ensure compliance with Company Social Responsibility, Quality, Environmental, and Safety standards and practices. Facilitate the close-out documentation process for the Asset Management team upon project completion. Requirements 3-5 years of experience in managing site operations and power plant construction. Bachelor's Degree in Engineering. Experience in the renewable energy sector. Thorough understanding of construction regulations and practices in the US. Proven leadership skills with experience managing multidisciplinary teams. Strong problem-solving capabilities and ability to perform well under pressure. Fluent in English.
