Your Role We are on the lookout for a talented Oracle Fusion EPM Solution Lead, proficient in Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) systems, particularly Enterprise Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service (EPBCS) and Enterprise Data Management Cloud Service (EDMCS). A strong understanding of Account Reconciliation Cloud Service (ARCS) and Financial Consolidation and Close Cloud Service (FCCS) is a valuable addition. Key Responsibilities Solution Design: Architect and execute Oracle Fusion EPM solutions focused on EPBCS and EDMCS. Implementation: Spearhead the integration of new features in Oracle EPM, applying optimal configurations and best practices. Identify opportunities for performance enhancement. Data Integration: Ensure efficient data exchange between Oracle EPM and other enterprise applications. Formulate integration strategies using tools like Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) or APIs. Familiarity with Groovy scripts is advantageous. Compliance: Enforce role-based access control and security protocols. Aid in audits to ensure the accuracy of financial data. Collaboration: Engage with finance, IT, and business teams to comprehend requirements and execute technical solutions. Guide development teams and facilitate user training while supporting change management. Collaboration Teams Become an integral part of our IT department, involved in the Oracle Fusion ecosystem, guiding architectural decisions and application roadmaps. Partner with diverse teams to enhance operations and achieve business objectives, reporting to the Senior Director of Technology. Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field. Over 7 years of experience in Oracle EPM architecture and implementation. Hands-on experience in designing and implementing Oracle Fusion EPM solutions, focusing on EPBCS and EDMCS. Strong ability to collaborate and translate business needs into technical specifications. Experience with Groovy scripting to enhance application functionality. Efficient use of EPM Automate for managing EPM Cloud applications. Expertise in integrating EPM solutions with enterprise systems. Proficiency in monthly metadata maintenance and alignment with other systems. Ensuring data accuracy and integrity in Planning systems, including reconciliation and correction processes. Experience in interfacing data from Oracle Cloud ERP and FCC. Knowledge in managing Oracle EPB security and maintaining applications. Competence with Management Reports (MR) and SmartView. Familiarity with Agentic AI is a plus. Ability to conduct training sessions for end-users and stakeholders. Stay current with EPM product updates for optimal practices. Desired Skills Attention to detail with the ability to enhance technical solutions. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Capability to manage and prioritize tasks in a team-oriented environment. Passion for continuous learning in both technical and functional domains. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Knowledge of ARCS and FCCS is a bonus. Experience with ERP and SFDC Integrations utilizing Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and Groovy. Pay Rate: $156,400 - $234,700 Annually Your starting salary will be influenced by location, internal equity, and your unique skills and experience. All roles, apart from sales positions, have the opportunity for annual bonuses based on company performance and individual contributions.
