This position focuses on long-term stability and supports growth initiatives essential for the success of our healthcare services. The ideal candidate will bring substantial experience in healthcare finance, including budgeting, strategic planning, and operational oversight. As a leader in financial leadership and board reporting, you will manage diverse departments to ensure fiscal responsibility aligns with our organizational goals. Your role will also involve supporting new revenue streams and capital improvements, directly influencing patient care and the overall sustainability of our hospital. A Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field is required, with an advanced degree or CPA strongly preferred. We are looking for candidates with at least 10 years of progressive leadership in healthcare finance, including a minimum of 5 years in a senior position. Expertise in Critical Access Hospital (CAH) reimbursement is highly desirable. The Finance Executive will be KPI-driven, possess significant IT acumen, and be capable of leveraging emerging technologies to enhance financial transparency and efficiency. Excellent communication skills and a strong history of board presentations are essential, along with a dedication to working in a mission-driven, community-focused environment.
