Join our team as a Senior Customer Content Development Specialist! In this role, you will act as both an Instructional Designer and Content Producer, crafting engaging training content that empowers customers with Pearson solutions. Collaborating with our Customer Success and Product teams, you'll transform expert knowledge and product updates into impactful learning resources. Your expertise in instructional design and content creation will be vital as you produce videos, guides, toolkits, and interactive experiences. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with subject matter experts, Customer Success, and Product teams to create structured, role-based learning paths and resources. Develop diverse digital content, including videos, toolkits, quick-start guides, and interactive modules, that supports onboarding, feature adoption, and continuous learning. Utilize instructional design best practices to create learning materials that are effective and captivating. Work with the Customer Enablement & Onboarding team to ensure that content aligns seamlessly with onboarding initiatives and product updates. Publish and manage content within the LMS/Academy platform, ensuring accessibility and tracking for engagement. Monitor performance metrics—including completion rates, customer feedback, and learning assessments—optimizing content based on insights. Maintain a content refresh cycle to keep customer resources accurate and relevant. Ensure all content adheres to accessibility, localization, and brand guidelines. Qualifications for Success: 4+ years of experience in Instructional Design, Learning Experience Design, or Digital Content Production. Proven ability to design comprehensive learning experiences and multimedia content. Proficiency with e-learning authoring tools and video production software such as Camtasia, Adobe Premiere, and Canva. Familiarity with LMS platforms and learning analytics. Exceptional communication skills, with an aptitude for simplifying technical information for a customer audience. A portfolio showcasing training content or digital assets that highlights creativity and instructional clarity. Compensation at Pearson reflects a range of factors, including skill set, experience level, and location. As mandated by local laws, the pay range for this role is between $110,000 - $115,000. This position is eligible for an annual incentive program, and information about benefits is available on request.
