As a Home Health Aide, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for patients by assisting with daily living activities, ensuring their comfort, and promoting their overall well-being. This position requries a strong commitment to patient care.Duties IncludeAssist patients with daily living acitivites such as bathing, dressing, grooming and meal preparation.Provide companionship and emotional support to patients, fostering a positive enviroment.Monitor and doucment patient health status, including vital signs and any changes in condition.Maintain accurate medical records and documentation as required by healthcare protocols.Administer basic first aid and CPR when necessary, ensuring patient safety at all times.Assist with memory care activities for patients experiencing cognitive challenges.Launder patient clothing and bedding as needed to maintain hygiene standards.Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.ExperiencePrevious experience in caregiving or home helath aide roles is preferred but not required.Familiarity with medical terminology and documentation practices is highly desirableExperience in long-term care settings is a plus, especially for those working with elderly or disabled patients.Certification in CPR and First Aid is advantageous.Strong observational skills to recognize changes in patient conditions effectly.Join our team of dedicated professionals committed to providing exceptional care and support to those in need within our community!
