Description Company: Up A Notch Abilities Location: North Park area Position Overview: Up A Notch Abilities is seeking a dedicated and experienced Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) for a 4-month part-time project. You will be working with a 66-year-old male client, providing personalized support and care. This role is ideal for a compassionate and professional LVN looking to make a difference in someone's life. Key Responsibilities: - Provide direct nursing care and support to the client. - Implement and manage healthcare plans tailored to meet the client's needs. - Monitor and report changes in the client's health status. - Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and family members to ensure optimal care. - Maintain accurate and detailed records of the client's health status and treatment plans. - Assist with daily activities and ensure the client's comfort and safety. Qualifications: - Valid and current LVN license. - Proven experience working in a similar role, preferably with elderly clients. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. - Ability to work independently and reliably.
