As a Systems Engineer-Manager specializing in Generative AI (GenAI), you will play a pivotal role in designing and developing cutting-edge data solutions that enhance decision-making and propel business growth. As part of the Data and Analytics Engineering team, your leadership will drive the development and implementation of data architecture strategies that are aligned with business needs. You will mentor your team, deliver high-quality solutions, and effectively collaborate with stakeholders to optimize cloud resources while fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning. Responsibilities Include: Lead the design and execution of data architecture strategies that support key business objectives. Mentor and guide team members to deliver top-notch solutions. Utilize team strengths to manage performance and meet client requirements. Collaborate with stakeholders to optimize cloud resources effectively. Drive innovation and the adoption of technologies to enhance data integration solutions. Foster a culture of ongoing improvement and knowledge sharing within the team. Maintain the firm’s ethical standards and professional conduct. Implement strategic planning to achieve successful project outcomes and high-quality results. What You Must Have: Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field such as Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or related disciplines. A minimum of 5 years of experience in a related area. What Sets You Apart: Certification in cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure) is an advantage. Proficiency in Python and SQL. Experience with Docker and container orchestration. Knowledge of AI techniques, particularly with regard to enhancing LLMs. Experience in prompt engineering for LLM optimization. Capabilities in implementing data integration solutions across cloud platforms. Familiarity with tools such as AWS CloudFormation, Terraform, and Azure Resource Manager. Experience in building and deploying DevOps pipelines with cloud services. Skills in optimizing cloud resources for performance and cost efficiencies. The salary range for this position is: $99,000 - $232,000. Actual compensation will depend on individual skills, experience, qualifications, and applicable laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus and are provided with a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, and more.
