Branch Manager

Job Description A well respected financial institution is looking for an experienced Branch Manager to lead their team. The Branch Manager is responsible for overseeing branch operations, ensuring high-quality customer service, and driving the growth and profitability of the branch. This position entails leading the team, managing branch activities, and developing strategies to expand the branch's customer base while meeting financial goals. Responsibilities: Manage the bank branch and help with daily bank operations Maintain an ongoing business development program in order to assist existing customers and solicit new customers to the bank Oversee the mortgage and consumer lending processes Display strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, develop and direct people as they work Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance or related field 3+ Years of banking/finance experience Strong leader with management experience Track record in business development preferred Knowledge of bank regulations pertaining to mortgage and consumer lending, debt collection, loan/deposit operations Strong credit knowledge Contact your local Wisconsin banking recruiter, Joe Albert to learn more about this Branch Manager position and other banking opportunities throughout the state.
