POSITION SUMMARY: The Regional Operations Supervisor is essential to Store Leadership, overseeing specific areas of the store while managing general operations as the Manager on Duty. Responsibilities include opening and closing the store, supervising team members, and ensuring a welcoming shopping atmosphere. This role guarantees effective merchandise presentation and maintains a clean and orderly store environment. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Safety and Security: Prioritize safety and remain vigilant on the sales floor for a secure shopping environment. Promptly correct or report any unsafe conditions. Manage security aspects of the store, including monitoring entry and exit points. Customer Service Excellence: Treat all customers and associates with respect, demonstrating courtesy and professionalism. Utilize the company's recognition programs to appreciate team contributions. Store Presentation: Uphold company brand through personal and store presentation standards. Ensure all areas of the store are clean and well-maintained. Merchandising and Inventory: Oversee recovery, sizing, and markdowns according to company standards. Assist in receiving merchandise and maintaining organization in stockrooms. Loss Prevention: Adhere to Loss Prevention protocols to minimize shrinkage. Engage actively with customers and associates to foster a safe shopping environment. Front End Operations: Supervise Front End operations to enhance customer flow and efficiency. Train associates on cash handling and front-end procedures. Fitting Room Management: Ensure fitting rooms are clean and organized. Audit garment tags in accordance with company policy. Administrative Duties: Oversee daily cash pulls, ensuring strict adherence to cash handling procedures. Assist in payroll management and scheduling compliance. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Strong verbal communication skills. Prior customer service or supervisory experience is preferred. Basic math skills relevant to retail. Availability for evening and weekend shifts. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Must be able to stand and move throughout the store for the duration of the shift, regularly bending, lifting, and pushing as needed. SUPERVISORY ROLE: Responsible for Retail Associates and Stockroom Leads (if applicable).
