Job Description: Senior Consultant for Blockchain and Digital Asset Risk Management Role Summary Don't miss this exhilarating opportunity to engage in consulting projects focused on operational risk and compliance for blockchain-enabled financial products. You will be integral to initiatives involving stablecoins, tokenized assets, and digital asset infrastructures, while gaining a deep understanding of regulatory expectations and risk frameworks. This role is designed to be execution-oriented and aims to cultivate future leaders within Crowe's digital asset practice. Key Responsibilities Collaborate on consulting projects related to stablecoin initiatives, tokenized assets, digital custody, and blockchain payments. Assist in the development of governance structures and operating models for blockchain-based financial solutions. Draft comprehensive policies, procedures, and documentation for various digital asset activities. Conduct thorough risk assessments and control testing in accordance with regulatory guidelines. Support the preparation for regulatory exams while monitoring issue remediation efforts. Perform third-party risk assessments of digital asset vendors to ensure compliance. Research cutting-edge blockchain technologies, regulatory trends, and emerging risks in the digital asset landscape. Contribute to the creation of internal tools and knowledge resources to enhance our practice. Work closely with managers to deliver exceptional outcomes for our clients. Required Experience & Qualifications A minimum of 4-6 years of relevant experience in professional services, banking, fintech, or a regulated financial institution. Hands-on exposure to digital assets, blockchain technology, or fintech in roles related to consulting, risk, or compliance. Basic understanding of blockchain and distributed ledger technology. Experience in risk management, compliance, or audit within regulated environments. Excellent analytical, documentation, and communication skills. A proactive approach to adapting to regulatory guidance and evolving supervisory expectations. Preferred Experience Experience working with institutions or fintech organizations involved in digital asset or payments initiatives. Familiarity with blockchain analytics and compliance tools. Previous consulting or advisory experience is a plus. Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, technology, or relevant fields, or equivalent professional experience. The salary range for this position takes into account various factors, including skill sets, experience, training, licensure, and specific organizational needs.
