Your Role in Our Vision As the Healthcare Implementation Lead, you'll play a pivotal role in implementing large-scale client projects with a focus on optimizing methodologies to align with both client needs and organizational objectives. You will serve as a vital connection between cross-functional teams and clients, driving process enhancements, standardization, and comprehensive improvements. Key Responsibilities: Lead and enhance strategies for large-scale client implementations, ensuring alignment with client objectives and organizational goals. Identify opportunities for process optimization, aiming to streamline deployments and minimize bottlenecks. Act as a subject matter expert for internal tools and processes, ensuring smooth and effective deployment activities. Build and nurture strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders, providing expert support and facilitating collaboration across teams. Conduct training sessions for internal teams on new strategies and methodologies to ensure smooth transitions and continuous improvement. Continuously improve and refine implementation methods, integrating lessons learned from projects to optimize future deployments. Who You Are: You are an accomplished project manager with extensive experience in large-scale EHR implementations and a passion for process optimization. You excel in cross-functional collaborations and thrive on driving improved outcomes through teamwork. Your ability to foster relationships allows you to navigate change effectively, ensuring alignment among diverse stakeholders. Background & Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in project management, EHR implementation, or process optimization, with a strong focus on client relations. In-depth knowledge of implementation strategies and process improvement methodologies, with proven success in driving transformative changes. Exceptional communication skills, adept at managing relationships and collaborating effectively across teams. Strong problem-solving abilities, with a focus on developing strategic solutions that enhance project success. Passionate about mentoring and training teams to ensure adoption of new strategies and ongoing enhancements. Preferred Qualifications: At least 2 years of experience in EHR implementation. Experience with Six Sigma methodologies is highly desirable. Highly organized, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously. Proactive self-starter, thriving in fast-paced environments. Familiar with Agile, Scrum, or similar project management frameworks. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data tracking and reporting. Attention to detail with excellent time management and organizational skills. PMP Certification from PMI is preferred but not required. Experience working with the Federal Sector is a significant advantage. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience is required.
