In this role, you’ll partner closely with a Lead Engineer and cross-functional team members to design, develop, test, and deliver high-quality software solutions in an Agile/Scrum environment. This position is ideal for an early-career developer who’s eager to learn, contribute, and make an impact while working across the full application stack.Overview and Responsibilities : Collaborate with senior engineers and team members to design, develop, test, and deploy software solutionsContribute across all layers of the application, including frontend user interfaces, backend services, and data layersTranslate functional and business requirements into technical implementationsDevelop and integrate RESTful APIs and support integrations with other applications and databasesParticipate in code reviews, testing, and deployment activitiesHelp maintain and enhance deployed applications in a cloud environmentSupport 508 compliance and accessibility testing effortsAssist with writing and maintaining automated testsActively participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and team collaboration Required Skills & Experience : Frontend development using modern JavaScript frameworks React with TypeScript (or comparable frameworks such as Vue or Angular) Backend service development using Python (or another modern backend language)Experience building and consuming RESTful APIsWorking knowledge of relational and non-relational databases (SQL and/or NoSQL)Experience developing, deploying, or maintaining applications on cloud platforms such as AWS or AzureFamiliarity with AWS services such as Lambda, DynamoDB, RDS, and S3Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practicesExperience working in an Agile or Scrum-based team environmentUnderstanding of or exposure to accessibility (508) compliance standards Nice to Have : Experience writing or maintaining automated testsHands-on experience with cloud-native or serverless architecturesInternship, academic, or project-based experience with full stack web applications Position Clearance Requirement:TS/SCI with FSPPlease be aware many of our positions require the ability to obtain or maintain a U.S security clearance which requires U.S citizenship.We win with inclusionNS2 Mission’s culture of inclusion, focus on health and well-being, and flexible working models help ensure that everyone – regardless of background – feels included and can run at their best.
