The ideal candidate will develop and steer our member experience strategy, ensuring high performance and positive outcomes. You will cultivate a service-oriented culture, enhance departmental workflows, and spearhead initiatives aimed at improving member satisfaction. This role entails forging strategic partnerships, representing the voice of our members, and implementing change initiatives to elevate the member experience. You will also ensure compliance with regulatory standards while leveraging insights from member feedback and AI technology to transform our services. We seek individuals with at least 10 years in leadership roles within health plan administration, demonstrating a track record of successfully executing strategic initiatives. A Master's degree in a relevant field is preferred, or a Bachelor's degree with significant experience will be considered. Candidates should have practical experience in digital transformation projects, including user experience design and self-service features for members and providers. An effective leader will possess a collaborative and inclusive leadership style, maintain a results-driven approach, and engage effectively across all organizational levels.
