Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Construction Manager specializing in In-Building Radio Access Network (RAN) projects. In this role, you will take charge of overseeing all civil works related to RF support and the creation of Bill of Materials (BOM) for projects. Your leadership will be vital in ensuring smooth project execution, compliance with standards, and effective implementation of In-Building RAN solutions. Key Responsibilities: Prior professional experience with in-building technologies such as Ericsson DOT, DAS, and BDAs is essential. This role requires a substantial travel commitment, with up to 75% travel expected. Demonstrate strong expertise in RF design solutions and BOM creation. Assess and manage project charges according to the agreed site design. Ensure only Customer-approved materials are used on site. Enforce compliance with established in-building standards and schedules. Participate in coordination and progress meetings. Provide on-site supervision during critical situations impacting customer site performance. Conduct safety inspections to maintain a secure working environment and verify the condition of tools. Address any in-building challenges that arise during the project. Coordinate site activities to achieve project goals. Drive project scheduling and address any troubleshooting needed. Ensure Service Providers adhere to technical specifications and quality standards. Enforce safety procedures throughout the project duration. Exhibit comprehensive knowledge of workplace safety regulations. Conduct site pre-inspections, coordinate audits, and verify completed work. Perform visual inspections to ensure quality at the worksite. Compile regular project progress reports and provide accurate status updates to the Senior Construction Manager. Offer technical guidance to Service Providers and suppliers involved in in-building projects. Reject incorrectly delivered materials on site. Report performance and quality issues promptly. Collaborate with Service Providers to ensure adherence to design plans. Supervise, coordinate, and monitor work alongside Service Providers and other involved disciplines. Lead the team with a focus on quality and results. Handle claims, and manage orders and returns of materials. Keep construction-related sections of the Site Tracker updated, including SOW, preconstruction documents, safety guidelines, and QA standards. Qualifications: A minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in managing projects with over 200 sites. Demonstrated ability to identify and solve complex problems effectively. Adaptability to refine existing processes and techniques. Proactive contribution to improvements and innovations. Strong ability to work independently. This position reports to the CM3 (Lead) or IM Lead.
