KPMG is looking for an Associate Director, Product Manager - Search Solutions to play a pivotal role in our Global Tech & Knowledge (GT&K) initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Shape and implement strategic product roadmaps focused on enterprise search initiatives. Collaborate with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and deliver effective search solutions. Oversee governance, product management, and ongoing improvement efforts for search-related products with autonomy. Facilitate upgrades to search products, ensuring seamless technical integrations with other KPMG digital platforms. Engage with the internal search community to promote best practices, enhance user adoption, and drive continuous improvements. Contribute to agile initiatives within the One Intranet team, maintaining ownership of the product backlog while ensuring timely delivery of search-related projects. Uphold KPMG's commitment to integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility in fostering a respectful work environment. Qualifications: Minimum of seven years of experience in a large enterprise with a proven track record in product/service design and delivery, especially in search services. Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution or equivalent relevant experience. Strong expertise in Microsoft Azure and M365 services within a large enterprise context. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English complemented by collaboration, facilitation, influencing, and negotiation abilities.
