Bubba's 33, part of the Texas Roadhouse family, is seeking a passionate Dining Operations Manager to oversee both Front of House and Back of House operations. This role is critical in ensuring that every guest enjoys Legendary Food and Legendary Service. If you are an experienced manager with a love for hospitality and kitchen operations, we want to hear from you! As a Dining Operations Manager, your key responsibilities will include: Leading hourly staff by conducting performance evaluations, coaching, and managing disciplinary actions. Reviewing job applications, interviewing candidates, and making hiring recommendations. Assigning tasks and setting schedules to ensure smooth restaurant operations before, during, and after service hours. Driving sales, enhancing service quality, and maximizing guest satisfaction. Providing training and scheduling for both Front of House and Back of House staff. Supervising food production and preparation in accordance with our established recipes and procedures. Conducting formal evaluations of food quality and temperatures. Implementing security protocols to ensure the safety of employees and guests. Managing food, supply, and liquor costs through weekly inventory checks. Practicing and ensuring compliance with safe food handling procedures. Creating a fun, safe, and clean workspace for our team in line with our core values and goals.
