Quadient Technical Lead

Location: Newark, NJ - onsite Salary Range: Competitive hourly rate Introduction We are seeking a skilled individual with strong hands-on experience in Quadient Inspire modules to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to lead technical initiatives and drive innovative solutions in a dynamic environment. Required Skills & Qualifications Applicants must be able to work directly on W2 7+ years Strong expertise in Quadient Inspire modules: Inspire Designer, Inspire Automation, Inspire Interactive, Inspire Content Manager/Scaler Proficiency in data modeling, composition logic, and template design Experience with XML, XSLT, JSON, SQL, and scripting for data integration Familiarity with print and digital channels (PDF, HTML, email, SMS) Knowledge of version control tools (Git, SVN) and CI/CD pipelines Understanding of WCAG accessibility, multi-language templates, and responsive design Experience with cloud-based Inspire deployments (AWS/Azure) Preferred Skills & Qualifications Experience in agile development environments Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Excellent communication and teamwork abilities Day-to-Day Responsibilities Lead technical projects and initiatives within the Quadient Inspire platform Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement solutions Ensure high-quality deliverables and adherence to project timelines Company Benefits & Culture Supportive and inclusive work environment Opportunities for professional growth and development Commitment to diversity and equal opportunity For immediate consideration please click APPLY to begin the screening process with Alex.
