Job Overview: Join our dynamic team as an Estimator, where you will play a critical role in preparing comprehensive cost estimates for heavy civil construction projects such as roads, bridges, and utilities. Key Responsibilities: Thoroughly analyze project plans and specifications. Prepare accurate and detailed cost estimates to maximize bidding success. Maintain and update estimating databases and documentation consistently. Qualifications: Preferably have prior experience in estimating heavy civil construction projects. Proficiency in HCSS HeavyBid is advantageous but not required. Demonstrate exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Able to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications effectively. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
