Qualifications: Basic Requirements: Minimum Degree Required: Bachelor Degree Minimum Years of Experience: 7 years, with at least 3 years in Oracle Cloud implementations or support. Preferred Qualifications: Knowledge/Skills: Proven expertise in Oracle Cloud application solutions, including: Experience with 1-3 full life-cycle implementations, leading significant project tracks and medium-sized consulting engagements. Hands-on functional and technical knowledge of the Oracle Cloud product suite. Thorough understanding of business processes related to various Oracle Cloud Financials modules. Designing, implementing, and supporting intricate business processes within the Oracle environment. Sound knowledge of maintaining a structured and controlled production systems environment. Excellent writing, communication, facilitation, and presentation skills to engage stakeholders at all levels. The ability to convey technical and functional concepts to clients, aiding their decision-making. Outstanding leadership capabilities, fostering a collaborative and productive team environment while ensuring client satisfaction. Providing timely, constructive feedback, and keeping leadership informed of progress and challenges. The salary range for this position is: $99,000 - $232,000. Actual compensation within this range will depend on the individual's skills, experience, qualifications, and location.
