Full Time CDL Delivery Driver Position

Key Responsibilities: Customer Service: Engage with customers to understand their needs, assist them in selecting products, and provide courteous service while delivering their orders. Delivery Coordination: Plan and execute delivery activities, ensuring all merchandise is loaded in accordance with safety regulations and company policies for timely delivery. Product Handling: Inspect products before loading, verify accuracy of deliveries, and properly load and unload merchandise. Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety requirements and maintain delivery vehicles in top condition through regular inspections and cleanliness. Reporting: Update delivery and route status for tracking and ensure all documentation complies with Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations. Qualifications: Must hold a valid Class A or B CDL license. Must be able to acquire a valid medical certificate upon employment. Able to pass a Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) screening. Must be at least 21 years of age. Basic literacy and arithmetic skills required. Preferred Experience: One year of experience driving a semi-truck or certification from a driving school. Six months of experience in in-home delivery or retail customer service. Experience operating a forklift or Moffett for loading and unloading.
