Bi-lingual Recruiter

Description Position Summary We are seeking a highly motivated Bilingual Full-Cycle Recruiter to support our manufacturing operations by identifying, engaging, and hiring top talent across a variety of skilled and unskilled roles. The ideal candidate brings strong relationship-building skills, a deep understanding of high-volume industrial recruiting, and the ability to communicate effectively in both English and Spanish. This role will manage the entire recruitment process from requisition to on-boarding while partnering closely with hiring managers and HR. Key Responsibilities Full-Cycle Recruiting Manage the entire recruiting process, including intake meetings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and offer. Recruit for high volume, entry level manufacturing roles. Develop and maintain strong talent pipelines for high-volume positions. Conduct bilingual interviews, phone screens, and assessments as needed. Sourcing & Talent Attraction Use creative sourcing strategies including job boards, social media, community partnerships, networking events, trade schools, and employee referrals. Compliance & Documentation Maintain accurate applicant data within the ATS; ensure compliance with company policies, EEO, OFCCP, and other regulatory requirements. Support pre-employment processes including onboarding documentation and E-verification. #nowhiring Seeking a bi-lingual candidate who can speak fluently in both English and Spanish. Hours: Mon-Fri from 8:30am-5pm Location: Rochester, NY Pay: $20-$25/hr DOE This position is currently a full time, contract position that could become long term dependent on several factors.
