Computed Tomography Tech | Barre, Vermont

This opportunity seeks an experienced Cardiac Nuclear Med Tech/PET CT Tech with a strong background in oncology and cardiac PET imaging. Candidates familiar with the RB82 generator are highly preferred, although training on this equipment is available. The position requires a collaborative team player who is flexible and willing to travel between three sites within Vermont, including Barre, Berlin, and Rutland. Key Qualifications: Certification: ARRT(N) or NMTCB required State radiology license for Vermont preferred; candidates without must be willing to obtain this licensure Experience with Siemens imaging equipment Oncology and cardiac PET experience highly desired; training on RB82 generator provided Ability to float between facilities in Barre, Berlin, and Rutland, VT (approximately 1 hour and 20 minutes apart) Schedule and Location: Day shifts only with no weekend work Alternating weekly schedule: one week of five 8-hour shifts, next week four 10-hour shifts 13-week contract with two openings available Responsibilities: Perform diagnostic cardiac nuclear medicine and PET CT imaging following established protocols Ensure patient safety and comfort while delivering high-quality imaging services Collaborate effectively with technologists and healthcare teams across three locations Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with regulatory standards Location Insights: Barre, VT, is a charming small city known for its welcoming community and beautiful natural scenery.
