Job Description: Order Entry Specialist Location: Wayne, PA Schedule: 100% Onsite Type: Contract Pay Rate: $25-$27 per hour Overview We are seeking a highly organized and detail?oriented Order Entry Specialist to join our team in Wayne, PA. This onsite role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast?paced environment, enjoys accuracy?driven work, and excels in customer and vendor communication. Key Responsibilities Accurately enter customer orders into the internal system. Review incoming purchase orders for completeness and accuracy before processing. Communicate with customers and vendors to confirm order details, resolve discrepancies, and provide updates. Maintain organized digital and physical records of orders, invoices, and communication logs. Monitor order status and proactively address shipment or fulfillment issues. Respond to email inquiries promptly and professionally. Collaborate with internal departments including logistics, warehouse, and customer service. Assist with generating reports and updating tracking spreadsheets as needed. Qualifications Previous experience in order entry, customer service, or administrative support preferred. Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively. Comfortable working 100% onsite in Wayne, PA. Bachelor's degree is a plus but not required.
