RN or LPN CNA InstructorCNA Instructor The instructor position requires a minimum of 2 years of nursing experience, at least 1 year of which must be in the provision of long-term care facility services; Experience teaching adults OR Experience supervising CNAs OR Completion of Train-the-Trainer Class is required by the state of TN for approval. You should provide the above information at the time of your interview along with your license and a government issued photo identification. Candidates should have: Excellent communication skills.
