Project Summer Spirit

Program: Project Summer Spirit (2026)Student Programming - 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM, Monday through Thursday Work Hours - 7:15 AM to 3:45 PM The program runs from June 1, 2026, through June 25, 2026 Planning Meetings are Scheduled May 18th & 19th Site: Garfield STEAM Academy (Serving students from Northwoods Fine Arts Academy, Garfield STEAM Academy, Angus Valley Elementary & Limestone Technology Academy) Positions Available:Coordinator/Lead Teacher: $30.00 hourly Responsibilities: to coordinate program and building protocols, manage the front desk and handle transportation; field parent phone calls; assist teaching staff, providing a safe environment, and other duties as assigned. (See Application Link Below) Teacher: $25.00 hourly Responsibilities: to provide Summer learning and academic enrichment for grades K through fifth grade, including assistance for students in a small group instruction/tutoring, provide lesson plans for enrichment activities and learning, providing a safe environment, communicating with parents, and performing other duties as assigned. (See Application Link Below) Teacher Assistant: $17.00 hourly Responsibilities: to provide Summer learning and academic enrichment for grades K through fifth grade, including assistance for students with small group instruction/tutoring, providing a safe environment, and other duties as assigned.
